Vszerda
PCIe 4.0 x4 card hosts one M-key NVMe and one B-key SATA M.2 SSD up to 2280 length
This Vszerda adapter installs in a PCIe x4, x8 or x16 slot and accepts one M-key NVMe drive plus one B-key SATA drive simultaneously. It supports M.2 lengths of 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 mm and complies with PCI Express M.2 specification 1.0 and SATA 3.0 specification for the B-key interface. The card adds two distinct storage devices through a single expansion slot.
Under continuous load the M-key NVMe path runs at PCIe 4.0 x4 while the B-key SATA path runs at SATA 3.0 speeds, each limited by its own protocol rather than a shared controller. Because the two interfaces are electrically independent, heavy writes to the NVMe drive do not throttle the SATA drive and vice versa. The adapter therefore delivers predictable throughput for mixed workloads such as an OS drive plus a bulk-data drive.
The decisive constraint is that the card cannot host two NVMe drives or two SATA drives at the same time. Builders who need a second NVMe device or a second SATA device must choose a different solution. This adapter is purpose-built for exactly one M-key NVMe SSD paired with one B-key SATA SSD.
No published specifications for this item yet.
The adapter has no active cooling; it relies on case airflow to keep the M-key NVMe and B-key SATA drives within their normal operating temperatures.
A free PCIe x4, x8 or x16 slot plus one internal SATA 3.0 data cable connected to the motherboard are required for the B-key drive.
Yes, the board accepts 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 lengths, so a 2280 M-key NVMe and a 2242 B-key SATA SSD can be installed together.
