Do I really need no account?

No. The basket lives in your browser and the order lives against an order number. We ask for a delivery address because a courier needs one, and for an e-mail because a tracking number has to go somewhere. Both can be aliases.

Which coins do you accept?

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Monero, Litecoin, Solana or TRON. ERC-20 and TRC-20 Tether are both fine — you pick the network at checkout, and the address you are shown belongs to that network only.

What happens if the price moves while I am paying?

Nothing, for thirty minutes. Checkout quotes an exact amount and holds it for 30 minutes, counted from the moment the payment page opens. Send within the window and the order is settled at the quoted amount, whatever the market did meanwhile.

And if I underpay, or pay late?

The address stays live. An underpayment is credited and we tell you the exact remainder; a late payment is still detected and reconciled, we simply re-quote the difference if the market moved against the original amount.

Is the hardware new and warranted?

Everything is new, sealed and sourced through authorised distribution unless a listing says otherwise in as many words. Warranty is 24 months, handled by us — you never have to argue with a manufacturer in another jurisdiction.

Where do you ship, and how discreet is it?

56 countries. Outer boxes are plain and carry no brand, no logo and no description of the contents beyond what customs law requires. Shipping is insured for the full value.

Can I return something?

30 days, unopened, for a refund in the coin you paid with, at the rate of the day of the refund. Faulty items are replaced or refunded for the full 24 months.

Can I pay straight from an exchange account?

You can, but we would rather you did not. An exchange deducts its own withdrawal fee from the amount you send, so the order arrives underpaid by a few dollars and has to be topped up; withdrawals are also queued and can miss the 30-minute window. Move the funds to a wallet you control first, then send the exact quoted amount.
