This 1.64ft SATA III cable uses a 90-degree right-angle connector on one end and a straight connector on the other to fit cramped drive bays. It is built for internal storage upgrades where straight cables would kink or block adjacent slots.

Simple press-fit install

Align each 7-pin connector with its port and press until the metal latch clicks; no tools or screws are required. The right-angle end inserts parallel to the drive PCB, so clearance above the connector stays minimal. The only common issue is forcing the angled plug upside-down, which bends the delicate pins inside the port. Route the flat ribbon away from sharp chassis edges to avoid sheath cuts during future hardware changes.
