The Sick IM08-02BNO-ZTK is a cylindrical inductive proximity sensor with an M8 × 1 thread and a short 40 mm metal housing. It detects metal targets at a 2 mm sensing range with a 3,000 Hz switching frequency. The sensor provides an NPN normally-closed output on a 3-pin M8 connector and operates on 10–30 V DC. It is built for automation and machine-building tasks that require flush mounting in tight spaces.
