Rust-Oleum 317927 is a clear, water-based concrete sealer that delivers a high-gloss, wet-look finish. It is formulated for use on concrete surfaces exposed to mild and moderate conditions. The low-VOC formula contains less than 100 grams per liter, making it suitable for environments where odour and emissions are a concern. One gallon covers between 150 and 450 square feet depending on surface porosity.

Works with brush, roller or sprayer

Application is possible using a brush, roller or sprayer, giving flexibility for different project sizes and user preferences. The product requires an application temperature between 50 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit for proper film formation. It dries to the touch in one hour and accepts a recoat within the same one-hour window. These cure times allow a project to be completed in a single day without extended downtime.

Low-VOC formula reduces odour

The VOC content below 100 grams per liter means less odour during application and faster safe re-entry for occupants. This characteristic is useful for indoor slabs, garages or basements where ventilation may be limited. The clear finish preserves the natural appearance of the concrete while adding a protective high-gloss layer. It is not intended for surfaces requiring a matte or satin sheen.
