White 20 AWG ferrules for generator wiring

These tin-plated copper ferrules accept 20 to 22 AWG conductors and are supplied in a pack of five hundred. The white polypropylene insulation identifies the wire size at a glance. They are designed for crimp termination on generator control panels and accessory circuits. The components meet CSA C 22.2 No. 291-14 and DIN 46228 Part 4 standards for industrial use.

Crimp barrel resists vibration

Each ferrule presents a 0.09 inch barrel diameter and 0.22 inch barrel length that fully encloses the stripped conductor. The tin finish protects the copper from oxidation during extended generator operation. The 0.06 inch ferrule diameter seats cleanly in terminal blocks rated for 17/32 inch insertion length. The connection remains gas-tight through thermal cycling and mechanical vibration.

Polypropylene insulation rated to 221 degrees

The white insulation sleeve withstands the elevated temperatures found inside generator enclosures without melting or becoming brittle. Tin-plated barrels add minimal contact resistance so power loss stays low under continuous load. No active cooling or derating is required for normal standby or prime-power duty cycles. The parts install with standard hand or hydraulic crimp tools.
