The Mi-T-M 32-0435 cam switch is a replacement component designed for Mi-T-M pneumatic equipment. It mechanically opens and closes contacts through shaped cams on a rotating shaft to sequence control circuits. The part fits models HHB-1002-0E1A, HHB-1003-0E1A, HHB-1502-0E1A, HHB-2503-0E2A, and HHB-303-0E1A. It is built from steel, brass, plastic, and rubber for mechanical switching duties.

Replaces Worn Cam Switches in Listed Models

This switch restores timed or multi-position actuation of valves and signal triggers when the original cam switch fails or wears. The jump is worth it when contacts no longer sequence reliably or when the rotating shaft binds. It is not for compressors outside the five listed model numbers, nor for electronic pressure switches that use solid-state sensors instead of mechanical cams.

Mechanical Cam Operation Limits

The switch relies on physical cams and contacts, so actuation speed and cycle life are bounded by mechanical wear of the brass contacts and plastic cam surfaces. Rubber seals can degrade with oil mist or temperature extremes, and the fixed cam profile cannot be reprogrammed for different timing sequences. Systems needing variable timing or non-contact sensing require a different control architecture.
