In a straight vertical lift the sling supports 5,300 lb, while a choker configuration reduces the working limit to 4,200 lb. Basket hitches provide higher headroom: 10,600 lb at 30 degrees, 7,400 lb at 45 degrees and 9,100 lb at 60 degrees. The sling is not suited for loads that exceed these rated capacities or for applications requiring a tagged inspection record.

Construction and handling

The polyester core and sleeve resist abrasion and maintain a 7/8 in body diameter that flattens to 1 3/8 in under load.
