Roundsling capacity and hitch ratings

The Lift-all EE150X10 is a 10 ft polyester roundsling with a 13 200 lb vertical hitch capacity. It uses a polyester sleeve with a nylon cover and has 14 in eye length. The sling is rated for 10 600 lb in a choker hitch and 26 400 lb in a basket hitch. It is suited for riggers who need a lightweight synthetic sling for general lifting tasks.

Sustained load behaviour and angle ratings

Under sustained load the roundsling distributes force through its continuous polyester core while the sleeve protects against abrasion. Basket hitch capacity changes with the included angle: 13 200 lb at 30 degrees, 18 000 lb at 45 degrees and 22 000 lb at 60 degrees. The red colour coding follows Type 3 identification standards for quick visual inspection on site.

Practical limits of the synthetic construction

The polyester core provides consistent strength but will degrade if exposed to temperatures above its rated limit or to chemicals that attack polyester. The nylon cover adds cut resistance but does not eliminate the need for edge protection on sharp loads. Users must inspect for cuts, heat damage or UV degradation before each lift and retire the sling when the sleeve shows core exposure.
