It bundles an air filter element, a coolant filter element, a filter pad, a separator element and five litres of Ultra Coolant in one package. The kit matches Grainger part numbers 3HGC3 through 3HGD5 and 3UB85 through 3UB89.

The included Ultra Coolant is formulated to maintain viscosity and resist oxidation during continuous duty cycles, helping the compressor run at stable temperatures over long shifts. Fresh separator and filter elements keep pressure drop low, so the unit delivers rated airflow without the motor working harder as the service interval ages.

Straightforward Filter and Fluid Change

All components are direct replacements; the air and coolant filters thread into the existing housings, the separator seats in the separator tank and the pad drops into the inlet housing. The five-litre coolant volume matches the system capacity, so no partial fills or top-ups are required. Technicians without the correct filter wrench or torque value for the separator housing may struggle to seal the joints without leaks. Not for compressors outside the 20-30 HP range or for units that specify a different coolant chemistry.
