Air Ratchet for General Duty

The Ingersoll/Rand 105-D2 is a pneumatic ratchet wrench built for general-duty fastening. Its 1/4-inch square drive and ball-detent retainer accept standard sockets for maintenance and assembly tasks. The tool delivers 25 ft-lb of fastening torque at a free speed of 250 RPM. Air Supply Requirements

Operation requires a compressed-air source regulated to 90 psi with a minimum 3/8-inch hose and a 1/4-inch NPT female inlet fitting. Average air consumption is 3 cfm during use. Rear exhaust directs airflow away from the workpiece and operator. The compact 1 1/2 in side-to-centre dimension allows access in confined areas where larger ratchets cannot fit.

Sustained Operation Behaviour

Under continuous load the tool maintains its rated 25 ft-lb torque output as long as the supply pressure remains steady at 90 psi. The fixed-speed motor runs at 250 RPM without gear reduction, so torque does not increase at lower speeds.
