30L vacuum filtration system

The HNZXIB ZF-30L is a 30L laboratory vacuum filtration unit designed for universities, research institutes, biopharmaceutical facilities and environmental monitoring labs. It separates solids, particles or microorganisms from liquids using a microporous membrane under negative pressure. A stainless steel Buchner funnel and GG17 high borosilicate glass receiving flask form the core filtration path. The system includes a 304 stainless steel support frame with lockable casters for mobility.

GG17 glass and stainless construction

The 30L receiving flask uses GG17 high borosilicate glass for high transparency and chemical durability. A bottom outlet valve allows controlled drainage of filtrate. The stainless steel Buchner funnel is easy to clean between runs. The 304 stainless steel frame with lockable casters provides a stable, movable platform. Normal operation relies on an oil-free vacuum pump (not included) to create the required pressure difference across the membrane.

Sustained filtration with adequate pump capacity

Under continuous use the filtration rate depends on the vacuum pump capacity and membrane aperture; a pump with insufficient flow will cause high resistance and slow permeation. The 30L flask volume supports extended batch processing without frequent emptying via the bottom valve. The durable glass and stainless components withstand repeated cleaning cycles. Wooden case packaging protects the assembly during the 7-14 working day transit period.
