2 L short-path distillation kit

The HNZXIB SPD-2L is a complete 2 L short-path distillation system supplied for 110 V operation. It bundles a vacuum-jacketed adapter with four Vigreux stages, a magnetic stirring heating mantle, a desktop water circulating vacuum pump and a chiller. The package targets laboratory technicians who need an integrated glassware and vacuum setup for fractional distillation workflows.

2 L capacity with 450 W heating and 0.098 MPa vacuum

The 2 L flask volume suits small-batch solvent recovery and essential-oil fractionation. A 450 W heating mantle and 20 W stirrer provide rapid heat-up and uniform mixing, while the SHZ-D (III) pump pulls down to 0.098 MPa at 10 L/min per tap. Throughput is limited by the 60 L/min pump flow and 15 L chiller tank, so continuous large-volume runs will require intermediate cooling pauses.

Borosilicate GG17 glass and detachable hose barbs

Heavy-duty borosilicate GG17 glass resists thermal shock and chemical attack during repeated cycles. Detachable 3/8 in (10 mm) plastic hose barbs improve safety when connecting vacuum and coolant lines. The wooden shipping crate protects the glass train during the 7 to 14 working-day transit, and the mantle liner will darken from white to brown on first heat-up as residual fibres burn off.
