Compact 8 L Vacuum Drying Oven

The HNZXIB DZF-6010 is an 8-litre vacuum drying oven built for laboratories, teaching facilities and light industrial use. It runs on a 110 V supply and draws 400 W. The chamber is lined with 304 stainless steel and sealed by a one-piece silicone gasket with a positive-latch door. A microcomputer controller manages temperatures from ambient plus 10 °C up to 200 °C.

0.28 Cu Ft Chamber With Vacuum To 0.098 MPa

The single shelf provides 0.28 cu ft of usable space for small batches of heat-sensitive, oxidisable or decomposable materials. Vacuum capability reaches 0.098 MPa, allowing low-temperature drying that prevents oxidation when the chamber is back-filled with inert gas. Heating time is reduced by 50 % compared with the previous DZF design, and energy consumption drops by 20 %, though very large or high-throughput loads will exceed the single-shelf capacity.

Upgrade From Basic Hot-Air Ovens

The jump is worthwhile when samples require oxygen-free drying, precise temperature stability or protection from thermal decomposition. Users moving from conventional hot-air ovens gain vacuum-level control and inert-gas capability in a bench-top footprint. The unit is not suited for processes needing multiple shelves, higher vacuum levels or chamber volumes beyond 8 litres.
