Laboratory chiller for chemical reactions

The HNZXIB DLSB-10/10 is a 10L refrigerated circulator that delivers coolant down to -10°C for laboratory use. It connects to rotary evaporators, jacketed reactors, vacuum freeze-drying ovens and magnetic stirrers to maintain low-temperature conditions during chemical reactions or drug storage. The unit runs on 220V/50Hz power and uses a microcomputer controller with a digital display for straightforward operation.

Upgrade from basic ice baths or tap-water cooling

This chiller replaces improvised cooling methods that cannot hold a stable sub-ambient temperature. The jump is worth it when a process demands ±0.2°C precision across a -10°C to room-temperature range, or when a 20L/min flow rate with 4-6m lift is needed to circulate fluid through external apparatus. It also adds compressor protection that shuts the system down if coolant conditions become unsafe.

Sustained load behaviour with 1894W peak capacity

Under continuous operation the refrigeration system provides up to 1894W of cooling capacity, falling to 884W as the fluid approaches its lowest temperature. The no-load minimum reaches -14°C in a 25°C ambient environment with 60-80% humidity and ventilation. The 10L reservoir buffers thermal spikes, while the compressor and key components are specified for reliable performance during extended runs.
