The Hayward Flow Control TBH2100ASTE0000 is a manual two-way ball valve built from CPVC for handling corrosive chemicals and water. Its true union, three-piece construction allows straightforward installation and maintenance in industrial piping systems. A locking tee handle secures the valve position against accidental operation. The full-port design maintains unrestricted flow through the 1-inch nominal bore.

250 psi pressure rating defines operational headroom

Rated for a maximum operating pressure of 250 psi, this valve handles typical chemical and water service within that limit. Steam, combustible gas and vacuum duties are not rated, so the valve must not be used in those applications. The CPVC body and ball resist a wide range of aggressive media, but temperature limits inherent to the material still apply. No 3-A sanitary rating is claimed for food or pharmaceutical processes.

Replaces flanged or threaded valves needing true

This unit upgrades installations where a three-piece true union valve simplifies removal without cutting pipe. The jump is worth it when maintenance intervals demand quick body access or when a locking handle is required for safety lock-out procedures.
