Two-pack 315 MHz garage remote

This package supplies two grey-button remotes that operate on the 315 MHz frequency used by purple-learn-button openers manufactured between 2005 and 2014. Each unit is moulded from ABS plastic and measures 3.0 inches by 1.73 inches by .63 inches, fitting a standard CR2032 lithium cell. The remotes replace a long list of LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Sears Craftsman, AccessMaster, Do It and Raynor part numbers including 371LM, 953CD and 373PRGD. They are not compatible with red, orange or yellow learn-button systems.

Three-button control for daily use

Each remote provides three independent buttons so one handset can operate up to three separate garage doors, gate operators or compatible accessories. The 315 MHz signal penetrates typical residential construction well enough for reliable activation from inside a vehicle at normal driveway distances. Because the transmitter runs on a single coin cell, output remains consistent until the battery nears depletion, at which point range will gradually shorten rather than fail abruptly. No external antenna or wiring is required.

Simple dip-switch-free programming

Programming follows the standard learn-button sequence: press the purple learn button on the opener, then press the desired remote button within thirty seconds. The opener’s indicator light confirms pairing without any dip-switch matching or code entry. The most common issue is attempting to pair with a 390 MHz red-orange or yellow-button opener, which will never accept the 315 MHz signal. Verify the learn-button colour before purchase; if the opener uses a different colour, these remotes will not work.
