The Fuzion UF500-OG is a compact digital scale that measures up to 500 grams with a 0.01 gram resolution. It is suited for laboratory, educational, jewellery, culinary and hobbyist tasks where fine granularity matters. The orange ABS cover with magnetic closure protects the weighing platform during transport and storage. Two AAA zinc batteries power the unit.

Verify power and calibration needs before use

The scale ships with two AAA zinc batteries and a 50 gram calibration weight for on-site recalibration. Confirm that the battery chemistry matches the requirement and that the calibration weight is present before the first weighing session. The platform accommodates loads from 0.05 grams to the full 500 gram capacity. Ensure the surface is stable and level to avoid unstable-weight warnings.

Low-draw operation with auto-off conservation

In normal use the display delivers a reading in about one second and updates instantly as the load changes. The 180 second auto-off function reduces battery drain during intermittent tasks. Low-battery and overload indicators alert the operator before accuracy is affected. No active cooling is required, so the device runs silently.
