The Festo VOFC-LT-M32C-MC-G14-F19 is a 3/2-way pilot-controlled piston poppet valve designed for safe venting in compressed-air installations. It suits engineers and maintenance teams who need a hard-sealed, monostable valve with a G1/4 working port and IP65 protection for harsh environments. The unit operates on compressed air to ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:-:-] and handles ambient temperatures from -25 °C to 60 °C.

Direct G1/4 port mounting with no manual override

Installation is straightforward because the valve mounts in any position and connects directly to a G1/4 pneumatic port without additional adapters. The electrical actuation uses pilot control with a mechanical spring reset, so wiring follows standard pilot-valve practice. Note that the valve has no manual override, which means it cannot be actuated by hand during commissioning or fault finding, and flow direction is non-reversible so pipework must respect the indicated orientation.

Consistent switching under continuous cycling

Under sustained operation the valve delivers a standard nominal flow rate of 766 l/min and a 2-3 flow rate of 1467 l/min, with on and off switching times of 24 ms and 18 ms respectively. Pressurisation flow reaches 0.72 m3/h while exhausting reaches 1.4 m3/h, and the hard-sealing principle maintains leakage performance over long duty cycles. Corrosion resistance class 4 and the wide temperature range support reliable operation in continuously demanding conditions.
