Portable DC Low-Resistance Tester

The ETCR 3640 is a handheld milliohmmeter designed for electricians and maintenance engineers who need to verify low-value resistances in the field. It uses a microprocessor-controlled four-wire Kelvin method to eliminate lead resistance from the reading. The instrument stores up to 200 measurement groups in its internal memory for later review.
