Bulk PLA+ bundle for print farms

This eSUN PLA+ pack contains ten 1 kg spools of 1.75 mm grey filament, giving a total of 10 kg for continuous batch printing. Each spool holds 340 to 350 metres of material wound to a dimensional tolerance of ± 0.03 mm. The vacuum-sealed packaging with desiccant keeps the filament dry and dust-free until it is needed. The formulation prints cleanly at 210 to 230 °C with a bed temperature of 45 to 60 °C.

Upgrade from standard PLA for stronger parts

PLA+ delivers higher strength and better toughness than ordinary PLA, reducing brittleness and the risk of snapping during printing or handling. Low shrinkage and minimal warping mean fewer failed prints on large builds. The tight tolerance and consistent winding prevent tangles and nozzle clogs, so print farms can run unattended for longer periods. The jump is worthwhile when mechanical durability and reliable high-speed output matter more than basic material cost.

Suited for high-volume FDM operators

Makers running multiple printers, print farms or large single jobs will benefit from the 10 kg supply and the filament's compatibility with high-speed machines such as Bambu Lab X1, P1P and K1 series at speeds up to 100 mm/s. Users who only print occasional small models or who need specialised engineering materials such as PETG, ABS or carbon-fibre composites should look at other formulations. The grey colour is fixed across all ten spools, so projects requiring multiple colours are not served by this pack.
