The Decorex Hardware pyramid post cap fits 3" x 3" square steel or aluminium posts. Pressure-Fit Installation

The cap slides onto the post using a pressure-fit design that requires no screws, brackets or tools. Alignment is straightforward when the post is cut square and measures exactly 3" x 3". Gaps can appear if the post is undersized, warped or out of square. For wooden posts the manufacturer notes that glue, silicone or construction adhesive is needed instead.
