Ready-to-use concrete repair for horizontal surfaces

DAP Bondex 37584 is a gray liquid cement crack filler supplied in a one-quart bottle with an applicator included. The product is formulated for indoor and outdoor use on horizontal concrete such as driveways, walkways and parking areas. It is ready mixed so no additional preparation is required before application. The filler self-levels to create a smooth finish that matches existing concrete.

Sets in 30 to 45 minutes for early traffic

Repairs become ready for foot or vehicle traffic 30 to 45 minutes after application when directions are followed. The material dries to a gray colour that blends with most concrete surfaces and can be painted if desired. It is not tintable or sandable, so the final appearance is set once the product cures. The self-levelling property helps achieve an even surface without tooling.

Fills cracks up to half an inch wide

The filler accommodates cracks up to 1/2 in width; wider gaps require a concrete patch product instead. The bottle packaging allows direct pouring into cracks without separate mixing containers. Because the product is paintable, the repaired area can be coated later to match surrounding finishes. It is intended for horizontal applications only and not for vertical or overhead repairs.
