Single-Pole 175 A Distribution

The Bussmann PDBFS220 is a finger-safe power distribution block rated for 175 A at 600 V. It accepts one line conductor from 14 AWG up to 2/0 AWG and provides four load connections for 14 AWG to 4 AWG copper wire. The unit mounts on DIN-rail or a flat surface and suits industrial control panels that need a compact single-pole feed-through.

For Compact Single-Pole Panels

Installers who need a single-pole block with four protected load outputs will find the finger-safe covers useful for touch protection. The product does not suit applications that require multiple poles in one housing, higher current ratings than 175 A, or voltage levels above 600 V. Buyers needing built-in fuse holders or a different mounting footprint should look elsewhere.

DIN-Rail or Surface Mount

The block clips onto standard DIN-rail or screws directly to a panel, and the finger-safe shields snap over the terminals after wiring. A common issue is stripping the larger 2/0 AWG line conductor to the correct length so the insulation clears the cover. Over-tightening the set screws on the smaller 4 AWG load terminals can also damage the finer strands.
