This Baldwin 660 single-cylinder deadbolt pack contains twelve matte-black locks designed for exterior entry doors. Each unit uses a key on the outside and a turn piece on the inside. The SmartKey Security feature allows user re-keying in seconds and resists picking, bumping and drilling. Grade 3 BHMA certification covers security, durability and finish.

Standard Door Compatibility Limits

Each deadbolt fits doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick with an adjustable latch backset of 2-3/8" or 2-3/4". Installation requires only a screwdriver and the included hardware. The lock is mechanical and needs no power source. Doors outside the stated thickness range or with non-standard backsets cannot use this hardware without modification.

Replaces Keyed Deadbolts Without Re-Keying

This pack upgrades existing single-cylinder deadbolts where lost keys or tenant turnover previously required a locksmith. The SmartKey tool lets you reset the cylinder instantly, so the jump is worth it for landlords, property managers and homeowners who change access frequently. It does not suit doors needing double-cylinder operation or electronic access control.
