Temperature controller with PID functions

The Autonics TZN4H-R4S is a standard-type temperature controller that accepts thermocouple, RTD and analog inputs. It provides ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, PIDF and PIDS control modes with a 500 ms sampling cycle. A 4-digit 7-segment LED displays the process value and set point. The unit operates on 100-240VAC 50/60Hz power and drives an SSR output at 12VDC.

Engineers needing multi-input PID control

This controller suits engineers who require flexible input selection across K, J, E, T, R, S, N, W thermocouples, DPt100 and JPt100 RTDs, plus 1-5V, 0-10V and 4-20mA analog signals. It is not for installers who need a basic on/off thermostat without programmable PID parameters. Buyers who want multi-loop or ramp-soak profiles should look at a different model.
