Industrial pressure gauge for 0 to 300 psi systems

This Ashcroft 351009 gauge measures pressure from 0 to 300 psi with a 304 stainless steel case and a 1/4 inch male NPT bottom connection. It is built for industrial users who need a corrosion-resistant instrument rated IP54 when the vent plug is open and IP65 or NEMA 4 when the plug is closed. The dry PLUS! Performance dampening feature helps stabilise the needle without liquid fill.

Simple threaded installation

The 1/4 inch male NPT thread screws directly into a matching female port, requiring only standard thread sealant and a wrench on the stainless hex. The polycarbonate lens and metallic case withstand harsh environments, but the gauge is not field-fillable, so do not attempt to add damping fluid. The critical step is setting the vent plug: leave it open for IP54 protection or close it to achieve IP65 and NEMA 4 sealing.

Verify port size, pressure range

Before ordering, confirm that your system uses a 1/4 inch female NPT port at the connection point and that the operating pressure stays within the 0 to 300 psi primary range. The bottom-mounted connection requires clearance beneath the 3 1/2 inch dial face, so check that surrounding pipework or panels do not block installation. Accuracy is rated at +/- 1.0 percent of span.
