What this charger does

The yootech X2 is a black wireless charging stand that delivers up to 10 watts to compatible Samsung Galaxy phones, 7.5 watts to recent iPhone models and 5 watts to any other Qi-enabled handset. It ships without a wall adapter, so you must supply a Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 brick to reach the higher speeds. The upright design lets you view the screen while the battery refills.

Power mode that matters

Maximum output is 10 watts, but only when paired with a QC 2.0/3.0 adapter and a supported Samsung device such as the Galaxy S25 through S22 series; iPhone 17 down to iPhone 8 tops out at 7.5 watts under the same adapter, while Pixel 3/4 and other Qi phones charge at 5 watts with a standard 5 V 2 A supply. Using a weaker adapter or a case thicker than four millimetres will drop the rate further.

Installing and common issues

Plug the included USB-C cable into your own QC 2.0/3.0 wall adapter, set the stand on a flat surface and place the phone vertically or horizontally on the dual-coil pad — the green LED flashes briefly, stays lit for 16 seconds to confirm alignment, then turns off for sleep-friendly charging. Metal plates, magnets, credit cards or cases over four millimetres thick inside the case will block charging or trigger the protection circuit, so remove them before use.
