What to check before ordering

Verify that your router, switch, modem or patch panel has standard RJ45 ports; the cable is backward compatible with Cat 5, Cat 5e, Cat 6 and Cat 7 equipment. Ensure the six foot length reaches between your devices without tension. The flat 7.4 by 2.4 mm cross-section fits tight gaps but cannot be terminated or re-crimped in the field.
