MK MORSE CO
Nine-piece carbide-tipped hole cutter kit covering 22 mm to 64 mm diameters with pilot drill, ejector spring and hex key included
The Morse CTS02 kit supplies nine carbide-tipped cutters covering the common conduit and pipe entry sizes electricians use daily. Diameters run from 7/8 inch (22 mm) through 2-1/2 inch (64 mm) in six steps, so a single case handles most junction-box and panel knock-outs without hunting for individual bits.
The spread covers 22, 29, 35, 44, 51 and 64 mm holes, matching standard trade knock-outs for cable, conduit and pipe. Larger diameters beyond 64 mm or finer increments between the listed sizes are not included, so jobs requiring non-standard or oversized openings will need separate cutters.
The kit adds replacement parts CTSP (166010) stepped pilot drill, CTSS (166027) ejector spring and a hex key, letting you refresh the pilot and clear slugs without downtime. No lubricant, carrying case beyond the factory packaging, or additional arbors are supplied.

The kit includes a CTSP stepped pilot drill (166010) that mounts on the arbor; if your existing arbor accepts that pilot it will work.
A clean, burr-free hole at the marked diameter — 29 mm, 35 mm, 44 mm, 51 mm or 64 mm — with the ejector spring (166027) pushing the slug out confirms correct setup.
The 9-piece kit (166737) ships with one CTSP pilot drill (166010), one CTSS ejector spring (166027) and the hex key included.
