Hot-swap maintenance integration

This maintenance bypass panel enables hot-swappable battery replacement from the front panel without removing the UPS from the rack enclosure. A 3.3-foot input cord connects the PDU to the UPS, allowing continuous power to attached devices while the battery module is exchanged. It is built for use with specific Eaton 5130, Evolution S, Pulsar M and 9130 series units.
