MINUTEMAN BM0032 UPS Replacement Battery

Direct replacement for E3000RM2U and ED3000RM2U

The MINUTEMAN BM0032 is a pre-assembled replacement battery module designed specifically for the E3000RM2U and ED3000RM2U uninterruptible power supply units. It uses maintenance-free lead-acid chemistry and arrives ready for immediate installation without additional assembly. This module restores backup capability to UPS systems with expired or depleted internal batteries. It is not suited for other UPS models or custom battery bank configurations.

Consistent voltage delivery during extended

Under sustained load, the lead-acid cells maintain a stable output voltage throughout the discharge cycle rather than dropping sharply after an initial burst. The screened and certified cells meet original manufacturer specifications for capacity and internal resistance. This behaviour supports connected equipment through longer utility outages without premature voltage sag. Systems requiring lithium-ion energy density or rapid recharge cycles will not match this chemistry profile.

Passive thermal management with sealed construction

The sealed lead-acid design operates without active cooling fans, relying on natural convection within the UPS chassis for heat dissipation. Normal float charging generates minimal warmth and zero audible noise from the battery module itself. Power draw is limited to the low trickle current required for maintenance charging. Installations demanding active thermal monitoring or user-serviceable cell replacement are not supported by this sealed cartridge format.
