The ASRock Rack 2U2G-GENOA is a 2U rackmount barebone built around a single SP5 socket for AMD EPYC 9004 and 9005 series processors. It ships with a 1+1 redundant 2000W 80-PLUS Titanium CRPS power supply. Twelve DIMM slots support DDR5 RDIMM and RDIMM-3DS memory in a 1DPC configuration. Two full-height dual-slot PCIe 5.0 x16 slots and two half-height single-slot PCIe 5.0 x16 slots provide GPU and accelerator capacity. An OCP NIC 3.0 slot adds high-speed networking.

Suited for dense GPU compute

This platform suits workloads that need up to two double-width GPUs plus two single-width add-in cards in a 2U form factor. The two hot-swap 2.5-inch NVMe bays and two M.2 slots give fast local storage for active datasets. Buyers who require more than two double-width accelerators, additional drive bays beyond the two NVMe slots, or multi-socket scaling should evaluate larger chassis designs.

Twelve DDR5 channels deliver high memory bandwidth for compute-intensive tasks, while the two PCIe 5.0 x16 full-height slots accommodate modern dual-slot GPUs with full electrical and mechanical clearance.
