Seven USB 3.0 ports with per-port power control
The Adesso AUH-3070P is a seven-port USB 3.0 hub that adds high-speed connectivity to a computer. Each port has an individual power switch and LED indicator so unused connections can be disabled without unplugging cables. An included AC power adapter supplies external power for multiple high-draw devices while the hub remains lightweight and portable.
Suits users who need several Type-A ports
This hub works well for anyone who regularly connects multiple USB 3.0 peripherals such as external drives, printers or scanners and wants to toggle each port separately. Buyers who require more than seven simultaneous USB 3.0 connections or need ports other than the standard Type-A interface should consider a different solution.
Up to 5 Gbps transfer rate on every port
The hub supports the USB 3.0 standard with a maximum data throughput of 5 Gbps across all seven ports. This single specification determines whether the device meets the bandwidth requirements for the intended peripherals.

Questions about this item
Does the hub run hot or draw much power when all seven USB 3.0 ports are active all day?
The hub includes an AC power adapter so high-draw devices are fed externally, and individual power switches let you shut off unused ports to limit heat and consumption.
What must I already own to use the AUH-3070P right out of the box?
You need a host with a USB 3.0 port and a supported Windows version from 2000 through 10; the AC adapter and quick-start guide are included.
Will my older USB 2.0 flash drives and keyboards work reliably alongside newer USB 3.0 drives on this hub?
Yes, the hub is backward compatible so USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices operate normally on any of the seven ports alongside USB 3.0 peripherals.
