It handles Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6a RJ45 plugs plus RJ11 and RJ12 telephone connectors. Verify Connector Type and Cable Gauge

Before ordering, confirm you need pass-through RJ45 connectors rather than standard closed-end plugs, as the crimper’s built-in blade trims wires only on pass-through styles. Check that your cable outer diameter fits the tool’s stripping aperture and that you are working with solid or stranded conductors suited to the supplied Cat6 connectors.
