10-Pack Cat6 Patch Cables

This 10-pack supplies fifteen-foot Cat6 patch cords with RJ45 connectors on each end. The cables use 24 AWG pure copper conductors twisted in four pairs to reduce crosstalk. They are suited for wiring workstations, printers, routers, switches and game consoles across a local area network. Each cord is terminated to the TIA/EIA T-568B wiring standard.

Upgrade from Cat5e

Replacing older Cat5e links with these Cat6 cords raises the certified bandwidth ceiling to 550 MHz and supports 10-Gigabit Ethernet over the full fifteen-foot run. The jump is worth it when the network backbone and endpoints already operate at gigabit or multi-gigabit speeds and the existing cabling is the bottleneck. The plenum-rated jacket also satisfies stricter building-code requirements that Cat5e PVC jackets often cannot meet.

550 MHz bandwidth headroom

At 550 MHz the cables comfortably handle Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet and 10-Gigabit Ethernet traffic up to the rated length. Pure copper conductors maintain signal integrity over extended periods without performance decline. The design meets or exceeds ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-C.2 standards and is ETL verified, RoHS compliant and ISO 9001:2015 certified. Runs longer than fifteen feet or environments needing shielded pairs are outside the intended scope.
