VocoPro TRANSIT Bluetooth Wireless Transceiver

The VocoPro TRANSIT is a rechargeable Bluetooth wireless transceiver designed for use with powered speakers. It provides a stereo wireless link so audio sources can connect without cables. The unit is supplied new in a black finish and is intended for portable PA applications where a wired connection is inconvenient.

Suits users adding Bluetooth to active PA speakers

This transceiver suits users who want to stream audio wirelessly to a powered speaker system that lacks built-in Bluetooth. It is not for installations requiring a wired digital audio interface, multi-channel audio distribution, or a transmitter that draws power directly from the speaker without its own rechargeable battery.

Questions about this item

Should I buy one transceiver or a pair for stereo sound?

The supplier title lists these as transceivers plural, so a pair is available for stereo use with powered PA speakers.

What does the Bluetooth connection actually do when paired with a powered speaker?

It streams audio wirelessly from a phone or tablet to the transceiver, which then feeds the powered speaker without cables.
