Two-camera analogue kit

This pack contains two VideoSecu dome cameras built around a 1/3" Sony Super HAD CCD sensor. Each unit delivers 480 TV lines of resolution through a fixed 3.6 mm wide-angle lens and 28 IR LEDs for night vision up to the rated distance. The cameras are wired BNC devices powered from the included 12 V DC supplies and are rated for indoor or outdoor mounting on walls or ceilings. Manual pan and tilt adjustment lets you set the viewing angle without disassembly.

Replaces ageing analogue cameras

The cameras suit existing analogue DVR installations that record at 480 TV lines and accept standard BNC video inputs. They are a direct swap for failed or degraded dome units in a system that is roughly ten years old. The upgrade is worthwhile when the current cameras no longer produce usable day or night images but the recorder, cabling and monitor remain functional. Buyers moving to HD, IP or wireless platforms cannot use these cameras.

Check DVR and cabling first

Verify that the recorder is a traditional analogue DVR with BNC connectors and that it supports 480 TV line input. Confirm the power supplies match the 12 V DC requirement and that existing coaxial cable runs reach each mounting location. The cameras will not operate with HD-TVI, AHD, CVI, IP or wireless recorders, nor will they function without a connected DVR and monitor. Ensure the mounting surface can accept the supplied hardware.
