Universal 19-Inch Rack Mount Shelf

The VEVOR SPT-U300-1A is a pair of 1U cantilever trays built for standard 19-inch server racks and cabinets. Each black carbon-steel shelf measures 18.9 in long by 9.8 in wide by 1.7 in high and weighs 6.17 pounds. The perforated bottom panel promotes airflow around routers, switches, firewalls and similar network equipment. Mounting hardware is included for a Phillips-screwdriver installation.

Replaces Improvised or Undersized Trays

The upgrade is worthwhile when existing shelves cannot support the full 50-pound load rating or lack ventilation holes that keep active gear cool. Builders moving from makeshift wooden boards or thin sheet-metal brackets gain a rigid 1.5 mm Q235 steel platform that resists wobble and tilt. The 10-inch depth accommodates shallow appliances without wasting rack depth, and the two-pack layout lets you separate devices to reduce clutter and interference.

Limited to 19-Inch Four-Post Racks

These trays mount only to standard 19-inch four-post racks or cabinets; they will not fit proprietary widths, two-post relay racks or wall-mount brackets that lack the universal hole pattern. The 1U height consumes a single rack unit, so vertical density is fixed and cannot be expanded without adding more shelves. Cantilever loading places the full 50-pound force on the front mounting flange, so the rack’s front rails must be rated for that point load.
