Perforated mesh thermals

Precision perforations across the panel surface allow air to circulate between mounted equipment, reducing hot-air recirculation in dense racks. The 0.75-inch depth and 1.75-inch height add minimal flow restriction while the S45C steel resists deformation under thermal cycling. Installations that rely on sealed blanking for directed cooling will not benefit from the open mesh design.

Detachable ears and hardware kit

Each pack contains two panels, four detachable mounting ears, eight assembly screws and eight M6 cage nuts with screws.
