This Vaxcel 2244KK extension adds eighteen inches of length to a compatible ceiling fan downrod. The black steel finish coordinates with oil shale, oil rubbed bronze, oil burnished bronze, noble bronze, aged bronze and dark bronze fans. It suits rooms with ten foot ceilings where the standard rod is too short. One rod per fan is the intended installation.

Build Integration

The rod has a .75 inch diameter and is made from steel for strength and durability. It connects directly to the fan's existing downrod coupling and the ceiling canopy. Downrods are not meant to be connected to each other, so select the single length that matches the ceiling height.
