The USA INDUSTRIALS Type D cam and groove coupling provides a quick-disconnect socket for 3/4 inch NPT pipe threads. Its 304 stainless steel body resists corrosion in water, chemical and food-grade lines. The 3/4 inch hose shank accepts matching cam-lock plugs for tool-free assembly. A nitrile gasket seals the joint at pressures up to 150 psi at 70 F.

Build Integration

The coupler threads directly onto 3/4 inch -14 NPT female ports without adapters. Its 52.2 mm overall length keeps the connection compact inside tight plumbing runs. The 1 1/4 inch socket bore allows full flow through standard 3/4 inch hose or pipe. No locking arm is included, so the joint relies on the cam lever of the mating plug for retention.

Thermal and Pressure Limits

The 304 stainless construction handles temperatures around 70 F at the rated 150 psi working pressure without deformation. Nitrile gasket material maintains elasticity in typical ambient conditions. No external power or cooling is required because the fitting is a passive mechanical component. Pressure drops remain negligible across the straight-through bore.
