2U DIN Rail Kit for 19-Inch Racks

This 2U kit mounts DIN-rail equipment such as power supplies, terminal strips and circuit breakers inside a standard 19-inch server rack or cabinet. It accepts top-hat, mini top-hat and G-style rail profiles, covering a wide range of industrial devices. The adjustable rails slide to match the depth of any installed unit. Cold-rolled steel construction with a black powder coat supports up to 40.00 lbs of equipment.

Limited to EIA 19-Inch Rack Spacing

The kit fits only EIA-standard 19-inch open-frame racks or floor-standing enclosures with 2U of vertical space. It cannot be used in narrower cabinets, wall-mount brackets or non-standard rack widths. The 40.00 lb weight capacity sets a hard limit on the combined mass of mounted devices. No adapters for metric or proprietary rail spacings are included or described.

Simple Bolt-On Installation With Included Hardware

Four M6 screws and four M6 cage nuts are supplied, so the kit bolts directly into threaded or square-hole rack rails without extra parts. The rails adjust by sliding, then lock with the provided fasteners. The most common issue is misaligned cage nuts when the rack holes are not perfectly spaced, which can prevent all four screws from engaging.
