This 45U wall-mount cabinet holds standard 19-inch rack equipment and supports up to 3000 lbs of installed gear. It ships on a reinforced pallet with shock-absorbing material to protect the enclosure during transit and re-shipping. The design allows centralized pre-configuration with servers, networking hardware, UPS systems, PDUs, KVM switches and other devices before final deployment. Pre-installed casters and adjustable levelers simplify maneuvering and securing the unit at the installation site.

Wall Structure and Mounting Checks

Verify that the wall can bear the cabinet weight of 306.44 lb plus the full 3000 lb equipment load. Confirm available floor-to-ceiling clearance for the 83.8-inch height and sufficient aisle depth for the 43.0-inch cabinet depth and door swing. Ensure the mounting surface accommodates the 23.6-inch width and the supplied mounting hardware. Check that the wall construction suits the included fasteners and that local codes permit the installation.

Adjustable Rails and Security Features

Front and rear vertical rails use square mounting holes adjustable in quarter-inch increments from 4 to 45 inches of depth, with an easy-view depth index for consistent placement without repeated measurements. Each rack space is numbered for quick reference during equipment installation. The package includes four lockable side panels and a locking front door with two keys, plus 50 M6 screws, washers and cage nuts for securing devices.
