This 14-foot shielded patch cable is built for 10 Gbps Ethernet runs where alien crosstalk must be suppressed. It suits installers wiring patch panels, switches or wall outlets in offices and data rooms that demand Cat6a performance. The blue jacket aids colour-coded cable management in dense racks. It is not for runs that exceed the length or for unshielded environments where STP grounding cannot be maintained.

Shielded construction with snagless boots

The STP foil and braid shield handles 10 Gbps signalling up to the rated distance while resisting EMI from power cables or fluorescent ballasts. Snagless boots protect the RJ45 locking tabs during repeated re-patching. Each unit is 100 % FLUKE tested and ETL/UL verified, and it supports IEEE 802.3af DTE power for PoE devices. Performance drops if the shield is not properly bonded at both ends.

Pre-terminated RJ45 male-to-male ends

Both connectors are factory crimped and tested, so the cable is ready to deploy without field termination tools or certification gear. The fixed 14-foot length eliminates on-site measuring and cutting but cannot be shortened or extended without losing the factory guarantee. No software, drivers or additional accessories are included in the package.
