The TP-LINK HRS101W provides two separately switched outlets driven by a single handheld transmitter. Each socket responds to its own button on the remote using variable learning codes so multiple kits can operate in the same house without cross-talk. The 15A/1875W rating suits common household appliances such as lamps, fans and seasonal lighting. A key-ring remote allows control through walls and doors up to 100 feet (30 m).

Plug in and pair in seconds

No wiring, programming or tools are required — simply insert the receiver into a wall outlet and press the corresponding button on the transmitter to link them. The compact receiver measures 72 inches in its longest dimension and includes a built-in safety shutter on each socket. The CR2032 battery supplied with the remote is pre-installed, so the system works straight from the package. Obstructions such as thick concrete or metal structures may reduce the effective RF range.

The receiver occupies a standard duplex outlet; verify that adjacent sockets or furniture will not block the second socket or the safety shutters.
