Splitter cable for dual devices

The TeKit whytr-1932 Y splitter accepts a single IEC 60320 C14 male inlet and provides two female outlets: a C13 and a NEMA 5-15R. It lets you power a computer or monitor alongside a standard North American plug device from one C14 source. The cable is black, 30 cm long, and weighs 80 grams. It is rated for 10 A at 250 V using 18 AWG pure copper conductors.

Continuous load behaviour

The assembly uses 3×0.75 mm² conductors rated for a sustained 10 A at 250 V, giving a maximum continuous power capacity of 2500 W. Under steady load the pure copper wires and moulded connectors maintain stable contact resistance without the voltage drop seen in thinner cords. The heavy-duty construction and UL listing indicate the materials are validated for prolonged operation at the rated current.
