TeKit C14 to 2× NEMA 5-15R Y-Splitter Adapter

Power distribution for dual devices

This TeKit adapter splits a single IEC 320 C14 inlet into two NEMA 5-15R outlets, letting you connect two standard US three-pin plugs to one C14 source. It suits workstation builds, server racks or travel kits where a UPS or PDU provides only C14 sockets but multiple peripherals need mains power. The moulded Y-splitter keeps the cable run tidy without extra power strips.

Passive thermals and rated capacity

The adapter uses PVC housing and pure copper conductors rated for 125V at up to 15A, with a maximum power capacity of 2500W. Flammability class 94-V0 material provides high fire resistance during continuous operation. No active cooling is present; the assembly relies on its conductor cross-section and housing rating to stay within safe temperatures under normal loads.

Replaces daisy-chained strips or extra PDU outlets

It removes the need for a separate power strip when only two devices share one C14 feed, saving rack space and reducing cable clutter. The jump is worthwhile when your power source has spare C14 ports but no free NEMA 5-15R receptacles, and the combined draw stays within the 2500W limit. It does not add surge protection, voltage conversion or additional outlets beyond the two provided.
