Universal 19" Rack Compatibility

This 1U steel shelf fits any standard 19" rack or enclosure and provides 12" of depth for networking gear, servers or AV components. It is designed for installers who need a simple, sturdy platform that mounts directly to the rack rails without proprietary brackets. The universal hole pattern means it works with both threaded and square-hole racks. Buyers who require deeper shelves or higher load ratings will need a different model.

Solid Steel Build with Ventilation

Constructed from solid steel, the shelf supports up to 25 lbs of equipment while the ventilated surface promotes airflow around mounted devices. Included hardware comprises four rack screws, a tie strap and a 1U backstop that prevents gear from sliding backward during vibration or transport. Only a screwdriver is required for installation. The fixed 1U height cannot be adjusted, so equipment taller than one rack unit will not fit.

Pre-Installation Checks

Verify that your rack or cabinet uses a standard 19" mounting width and offers at least 1U of vertical space. Confirm the combined weight of the intended devices does not exceed 25 lbs. Ensure the 12" depth is sufficient for your hardware, as deeper chassis will overhang. No tools beyond a screwdriver are needed, but the rack must provide accessible mounting holes for the four included screws.
