This 35 ft Cat 6 patch cable uses 24 AWG stranded copper conductors and RJ45 male connectors on both ends. It is ETL verified and UL rated for in-wall and general networking use. Sustained throughput on copper

The cable supports multi-gigabit rates of 1, 2.5, 5 and 10 Gbps at its full 35 ft length. At 250 MHz bandwidth the signal margin remains stable for continuous data streams such as video surveillance or large file transfers. Molded strain relief prevents conductor fatigue at the connector junction over long-term use. Power over Ethernet loads up to 100 W are carried without voltage drop issues at this distance.

Cat 6 distance and power limits

Cat 6 cabling guarantees 10 Gbps operation only up to 160 ft, so this 35 ft run stays well within the specification. The 24 AWG stranded copper conductors limit maximum PoE current to the 100 W rating declared by the UL file E132276-A. Installers must not exceed the 160 ft channel length if 10 Gbps performance is required. Beyond that distance the standard drops to 1 Gbps assurance.
